Is the tyre safe to use?, Need advice!

Hi guys,
it happened today when i was coming down from the ramp from the parking lot and i hit the curb on the left side  Picture as shown below:-  question now is, is the tyre still safe to use? coz the curb actually cut and nearly took one a small piece from the tyre...sigh..  |
