good evening to all, i plan to file a tribunal against the htc because the poor service quality. but my case is kinda complicated because i bought the phone in KL but currently i'm in sabah and won't be free to attend the hearing until end june. my phone went through the service once and it took 4 weeks plus (from 30/8/13 till end sept )to get the repair done . however , the purple tint problem reappeared again after 2 months. i bought my phone on 20/5/13 and i extended my warranty online on SIS. warranty confirmation was not done coz SIS didn't answer my call .
1. when shall i send my phone for repair + tribunal.
2. have u all extended the warranty ?
