one of the notable feature of 4.3 update is TRIM. i'm a NexG user before, 4.2->4.3 with TRIM made the NexG soo much smoother, no lag at all. The update made NexG fly. Android 4.3 don't seems to have many useful features
But One is already smooth on 4.2.2. I don't know how high One will fly with 4.3
