Just got my phone back after two weeks at Service Centre. Perfect camera now but no idea what version that is.

Agree that the camera problem is a major concern. I replaced my camera and I am loving this phone more.

In fact just ordered 2 more UAG cases =D

Can't wait for Kitkat to arrive. Although HTC will be taking their time with the update, personal experiences tell me that the finished product will be polished enough and will contain less bugs unlike Samsung's with their endless patches.

Anyway, if you are having problem with pressing the back button, get clean master from the play store and clean your ram and junk files. I tested the app on several occasion and can safely say that it will help with the back button problem.

Took me 2 weeks to get the phone back with replaced camera.

As for the data, my data and photos are still inside the phone. But I personally factory resetted the phone before sending it in. The photos were left there intentionally.
