Hi guys,
I've looked through the thread and in your opinion,
(1) Is it better to personally bring to the service centre or have the courier pick it up? I was thinking I should personally collect it from SC to make sure purple tint is resolved?
(2) Will they provide you with a temporary phone to use while repairs are ongoing?
(3) Do they give you a refurbished set after the warranty claim?
