To each its own.

Beats is the personafication of muddying audio through my HTC One. No, it's not the phone (well it sorta is too, poor headphone amp), it's not the earbuds I'm using either. It's just beats that is horrible, for me at least.

Then i called the toll free number, their customer service knows nothing. Ask me restart phone, factory reset it. All i did already before hand. And finally says need to send to service center. doh.gif Tell me hardware problem, i insists that its is not a hardware problem because i can connect to other wifi connections, only my house one. See what they reply me tomorrow. I sent another email.

I remember my previous HTC phone has this problem. Self fixed by FXR Wifi Fix and Rescue app.

Share my experience to u. This is their formal reply letter. If u call in, they will ask u send repair. If that is upgrade issue, they might return to u without repair as nothing can do now.....

Last year it make me quite angry....I already told them is their software upgrade issue but cs say can help me fixed it.
As u know, send to htc repair make me three weeks no phone use....then it return to me say no repair bcs software issue. As me wait for their revised version only......

So if u send in, better u ready for no phone use few weeks.....better u ready they fail to service u ....just get ready la
