I don't know either Celcom coverage has some disturbance or my sim card reader the one has problem. My phone don't have a coverage at all. Emergency calls only. Anyone facing the same problem with me? Or maybe it's just Celcom fault?

but this morning, the phone still have the coverage..

take out and put in? wipe the gold part of the sim?

only thing you can do is try other micro sim

if its work then is your sim card fault.

There 2 types
Qx10 is around 700-800
Qx100 is 1k + maybe 1.5k

haish..if my simcard, is it includes in warranty?

Missed mine too. I've chat online with HTC support, it appeared that my unit is already fixed and they're sending back to me, should be arriving today or tomorrow.

The flow:
Last tuesday collected, last wednesday arrived Kelana SC, under assessment until last friday; This monday under repaired and this wednesday done and sent out.

That's kinda quick and out of my expectation but we'll see if it's back to me in these few days

Sent in my HTC one at 28th October. Called them today and they told me its ready for collection. That's kinda fast

completely check the phone while receive... >.<
the charge battery port... test the battery life with safe mode (if can)...
mine battery life now last for 9hour even didn't do anything..
