I'm studying in University Malaya right now , and recently the institution blocked steam from connecting to their net.

My concern is not about being able to play games, but more to doing dota2 trades, because I'm generating sums of cash from there while studying.
Well, in order to do the trades I need to log into steam, and I'm not thinking about bypassing the net . So, I would appreciate if you guys suggest me some ideas to deal with this problem, like are there any other way to do steam trades or something ? just any idea would be great.

It still need you to trade the items via steam trade system and it need you to online with steam.
However, you still can make a trade offer where you can send a trade without both parties to be online at the same time.

I dont know if there is any way to do the trade without online on steam.

use tunnel, or get a broadband..but since broadband got quota. u can online chat using stream browser chat..then when people want to do trade, cucuk broadband and online steam..that what i do now..haish..even staff kena block

Does it use lots of bandwitdh quota? If not, cant something like internet pass be use? Just like recently I got an sms from maxis for RM 7 can get to use internet for 1 week, but dont think the quota is that much la.
