It took me a year to work out on this new small scale F&B business plan including researching for the recipes (including numerous failures in testing to getting it right) and looking high and low for the certain ingredients that are almost impossible to find here. I am looking to sell (at a very reasonable price) the whole business idea and plan including some of the new equipments I have for those aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested to start small in this industry but do not have an idea or know-how.
