Dear All, this morning just found this on my FB ad and I believe this project [Belimbing Garden] would be located infront of our Cloudtree residence. Consists of 120+ units of luxury Villas 2.5 - storeys [Viva'z].  And also 350+units of condo. Please take a look on the map and photo. Should be the both empty lands infront of CT =)
The villas looks kinda nice concept n design.  Wil wait for more details from them too. =))) guess with the villa concept the price should be rm 900k above?  (With large square feet from 3K)

It's good to see nice project like this villa ard CT location.

But my concern would be juara jaya will be the only one access able to cater all the cars from both landed behind CT, CT, and this project. Then most probably would be very jam at the entrance there.

2nd private access is a must!!

Looking at existing proposed map, i believe the DAMAI PERDANA station is located at existing bus station that circled in red, walking distance about 600+ meter (if pedestrian allow to walk across as shown as arrow direction).

Maybe can propose them to use the water tank area for DAMAI PERDANA station

Not really practical to shift to Water Tank....because two schools, shop lot are all at existing bus stop area...
only think is hopefully they improve the who stretch of road, make it possible for padestrian...

WOTP buyers wanna argue. They tot they can create chaos here and government will switch the MRT line. You shouldn't share the link let WOTP buyers at least has little hope ma, although at the end they will disappointed.

For WOTP owners, there'll be a road connecting towards Lumiere it's near to where Hap Seng Merz center. They do not need to go through Columbia.

Firstly, the MRT  2 also not yet announce, so where got any change in the route. Only thing is that most people has one view which is based on some “expert” speculation.  Don’t just follow blind blind lah, must think whether those proposals make sense or not.
Everyone is just speculating even HCS has a bold disclaimer saying that it is just speculative and not definite.
It is just too simplistic to think that SPAD will align the routes to who say what.  My view or whoever  views don’t count at all to how SPAD determine the route.
SPAD has got a few versions or options and they will evaluate the routes based on a lot of criteria. Definitely not on views from this forum. We are here just to share our views and talk k

he is right about mahajaya planning to develop a condo nearby. that information was relayed to me earlier this year by ms jackie, their sales manager. or else go to mahajaya sales office near damai gayana and check out their masterplan

If zalam wanna be responsible n good developer, kindly fullfill the following yea:

1) Pet's Zone ON
2) 2nd/Private access to Alam Damai
3) Intercom System in every unit
4) Full of greenery/trees in Cloudtree since nearby lands already botak
5) GBI grade of building for residents health, eco paint n materials used
6) Free Wifi connection, not only Lobby area XD
7) Free Dryer for every unit, so we won't hang our clothes at balcony XD
etc...anything else? lol

May I know the nearest international school is what name ,and  , any good kinder garden near cloud tree area.

Pricey for the Australia inter school , so the fees roughly how much after u survey ?

And since many resident here also have own small kid , heard kindergarden name fun kids is good, also near cheras .

I'm not sure what the exact name of the location, but further drive away from CT/ damai perdana area, just near the alam damai, or after exit to LenSeng, there's one Maybank. This branch consider new too, just opened less than 6 months if not mistaken.
Just few more km drive further from damai perdana, consider convenient alrd gua.
