Got this info;
1. AP most likely by end of this month 2. Can apply loan next month 3. Deposit will still be 2% 4. Interest to be paid by buyer 5. Developer will reimburse the interest every year (12th month) 6. Price now is 3-4% (block A) higher than the price blocked by buyer during booking. 5% for (block B) |
