the safest bet would be getting the Block E South with higher unit. above 20th I think.
Check wiht your SA, they wil be more than willing to tell u personally which floor to avoid apartment infront.

If you "diedie" must facing south, then get Block D higher floor than Block E,
since block D size is 1269sf with horizontal layout.
limited unit, act fast with ur SA. lucks.

Perhaps thats the reason why only 1 out of 11units facing south with larger unit.
Ur option:

1) Any unit of Block A&B (if you have budget)
2) Highest unit 26-27th of Block D South
3) Highest unit of Block E South.
4) Block C South or Block D North

5) Block D north facing block C (if you look at your left) as they both stil distant from each others horizontally.

6) Last option, Small unit of Block E.

This really have no idea. but I can see the land infront is Huge.

Add up CT land height and carpark level height+ facility level. Think If the apartment around 15 floors shouldn't be problem. If 30 floors above. Those ct low to mid floor view may jialat.

Yes there are 2 big AIRWELL hole in every 2 units, at the middle.
Should be sufficient for better air ventilation.

Don't worry since our Balcony is around 6600m with Horizontal layout, hence we have sufficient sunlight and better Air ventilation, atleast won't feel breathless like living in mickeymouse hole.

And Block A-D All facing North and South, reduce the West-Sun direcly to our Living Hall.
