all the buyers still have not sign the snp and loan agreement? The BNM new policy is at immediate effect. No more discount and dibs variance scheme for buyer....

Hard to say...with the banned of discount and dibs immediate effect, there could be many dropout units. Without dibs, the interest pay will be heavy for 4.5 years construction!
