I just submitted to apply uob and affin last Friday le, cos both mbb n rhb r full is it?
There is no way to sign within 2 weeks shakehead.gif , they hv no right to demand us to do so right? especially I dint smell my loan approval yet..
Going to collect the green terrain key tomorrow, my very 1st vp unit nod.gif , just bought fr developer in Aug actually, but CT which book in May still.....

is it? then is better I try them both as well, cos my current partners profile are not so strong now, worry may cant get loan.
usually I symbolise to take 100k sum assured for 5 yrs and they ok.
since my current situation is urge for loan amt/margin, so I don mind/hv to take mrta .. even full loan amt mrta, but for 5 yrs period la...
consider pay 2-3k extra to "buy the loan margin, I m fine, btw I still get the protection during this 5 yrs just in case... so fair, we cant treat this ins premium is a waste.., but not mrta for 30 yrs la...
gald u hv secure ur loan.. and any other buyers here.
I am praying hard now... hv been follow up this CT story for soooooooo long... don wish to simply give up , and ct still hv its adv so far... else I believe u hv cabut long ago too....

1st, got senior here said got quality, then I believe him.
2nd, the prop at that area mostly about this price range right but we r high hill n low den... these 2 points did secure my heart a lot...

last time mbb really suxx.... but recently, I hv applied 2 mbb loan, 3 days approved, of cos is beautiful profile, agent also got credit la. both Islamic too....
I hv asked many many ppl, up and low, many many feedback too... rclxub.gif
but simple say, Islamic entitle 20% dis on stamp duty..
and my case here, same prop dif unit with slightly dif price, 6k, mbb Islamic legal fee is 5800+ and pbb normal loan is 6800+
1st 500 lesser is the stamp duty, another 500 is bcos of mbb combine the what what power "ahtuneti file, so lawyer no need charge another 500 to prepare it...something like that..

usually ppl is still feeling scare scare a bit with the Islamic loan cos the Islamic law as we heard always mentioned chop hand chop leg...terrify us a lot...
but 2 main n good about the Islamic is the 20% for the stamp duty and there is a max BLR rate of 9.99 lets say, which mean in future if the rate is higher than the so call ceiling rate, max rate we hv to pay is still 9.99%, a good protection for us..
but for other term n condition.. really not so sure...
just my opinion, Islamic loan mostly taken by/focus to muslim fren too, don't think they will kena own ppl gua.. hmm.gif

Don't let's those bank officer to spoilt ur mood and have bad impression of CT. Lol but I admitted their service kinda slow...... Luckily I've secured my loan with mbb earlier.  I can say mbb officer pretty fast in response to my application last November.  Well heard everyone said the loan quota full, but according to mbb officer, no such thing full quota, perhaps most of the loan applications still under approval process (since nw bank superb strict on financing loan)

Affins- after applied for 3 weeks,  never ever contact me until I've told them to cancel it (guess it's because I've told them at the very beginning that I don't want MRTA but they insists). So good luck with their business.

Rhb- SA sometimes slow sometimes fast to response. But told me quota full only after 1 week. Should have told me on the application day la. Drag till 2 months more and told me that can't give me good rate!!!! Promised better rate yet giving me shit rate at the end. (Dragged also due to the AP cert, rhb want to see the real AP cert copy infront of them! Ew)

Other banks I've no interested, so never apply.

to me, if mrta can help in loan approval, I m willing to buy, just not more than 5k budget... consider "under table " money lo, but can get the real proctection too...
