Lol.. I think is fate. Good one. Should thanks to ct delay. If everything run smooth you might missed your landed. At cheras now if can afford getting a landed anytime better than condo.

Hmm....me base on these 3 options: 1) location, 2) landed, 3) branded. Too bad I can't have it all... Too expensive for me.
Darn SDB's wotp blind fold me and triggered my emotion....i chose branded... Over everything lol.

1) location. If choose this I will whack anything in these area prime location mah. no care landed or condo. As long as affortable.

2) landed. If location not so prime. Anytime will put landed as top priority.

3) branded. Last option for me....usually this choice location should less favourite or need time to mature. If good location with branded..too bad no deep pocket for me.

So at cheras if can get landed. Sure get landed lar.

By the way...I stay at landed semi d..... Keke.

Branded for sure. Landed also. Location wise just need time to mature and become the next prime location.

sure better than the putratakjaya. (This place not for human to stay 1.. banyak kenot ..where got life.. Especially dog owner. Went to precinct 14 shop lot area cari dog food also no.. Only kuching food sahaja. Pet shop only kuching sahaja..) Cyberjaya = sibehjaya. Sure Ong lar.

Holy mama... 800sqf layout n design looks very very bad. Spoil Liao. 2k+ sqf kitchen looks weird. Others unit layout look OK.

I know. 900sf n some lagi small 1 layout still OK. the jialat 1 is 800sf-700sf layout. Sibeh jialat.

consider sibeh near. roughly about 400-500m away... just beside the junction of taman juara. some big days for sure they will stuck the junction which is the main access road for cloudtree .

temple is ok. sometime i no like they burn scent stick.
and in the middle of housing area some more. most people are kuailan.. love go temple but never like temple next to them. imaging 1 day 10 thousand people go 1 people burn 1 scent stick...... jialat air polution.

near my house got a buddhist temple never burn any scent. just prayer. sibeh like this kind of style. love your mother earth.

they don't like to rent to local. many drug case, money printing, robbery, break in case all done by local.
now they scare of rent to local. very NO allow LOCAL to rent this place.
i try to rent a place for my local staffs. once agent heard is local. he mention don't want rent to local.

ME, PH and students always welcome by them. very good pay master and can pay high rental.
