Hello all... My SA told me regarding to the yearly reimbursement of the construction interest imposed by the bank but without any black and white.. The letter of acceptance for this 'yearly reimbursement' will only issue before signing of S&P... Is it reliable? So many uncertainty... Not sure want proceed to apply loan or not... Any advice?

Anyone know?!We should pay Stamp Duty for loan agreement. How much?!
Because I heard from SA said that after we pay the stamp duty for loan until key released just can get back the money... |
