sunstone villa in mahkota cheras? Still available?

I went to Sunstone and Tropicana today. I like the design and locality of Sunstone. It is walking distance to Aeon and many shops. Tropicana is bigger but hidden away in a quiet area. Both are quite far away from Cloudtree and both are around the same price. Sunstone has a nice show unit but Tropicana does not have a show unit yet.

Sad to say I plan to cancel my unit too in favour of a landed property somewhere around there.
