Yes it is like most of the new condos nowadays..but most are not 'button press' free, you still have to select your floor but not others after scanning.

Because sometime u top up some money to developer,then transform your unit with nicely look a like show unit when vp ,save many bullet ,and have quality assume ,if the developer willing accept this lar,but many new projects nowadays also have this optional package for buyer to choose .

Since cloud tree also per floor 4 unit only , I think in future ,yours owner if ok put some effort together can transform something similar also ,if all the same floor owner also accept and willing to do it together lar...
