Are you classified the developer as bad developer just because they did not response to you immediately? I think you better contact the developer directly and not expecting them to clarify/explain to you here.
IMHO, as a buyer we can question on certain matters which is related to the contractual and some "surface" details such as the unit size, how many rooms/toilet and bla bla bla...But definitely not question "will the landslide or building collapse happen". The reason being is the project was reviewed and approved by a group of professional people before the developer allow to start the construction. The project will not be approved if the land condition is not suitable for construction of high rise building.
FYI, developer has to carry out a lot of study (i.e., Front End Engineering, Land Survey...) before they go further to the detailed design. And, each design calculation and drawings are required to be reviewed and approved by Registered Surveyor/Architect/Professional Engineer. In the meantime, developer has to go through a lot of stages just to get the approval from local authorities (e.g., local council/DOSH/BOMBA/DOE...) before any construction works can be executed. This is a long process...
I hope that you have a clear picture now.

I don't think you've read through when I've mentioned "I've surfaced the questions multiple times but was IGNORED. Maybe a little reading could help before you jump into conclusion. I've contacted them and hence my previous post above, while I was given the answer of "rock mountain", I had researched myself to understand what that was but to no avail.
The executive was actually telling me that prior to this project, the land had been "bombarded" for 3 years due to excessive rock in the area, and by bombarding these rocks, it actually helps to flatten the land and blabla which I understand almost nothing. So I have actually asked "means, no landslide lo ho?". Well he told me no way there would be since MUD is not involved, only rock as foundation.
For your point of "project will not be approved if the land condition is not suitable for construction of high rise building" - need I give examples of projects that had almost taken lives of thousands of residents in Malaysia? You may want to personally search it up. As a buyer, whatever process in between will NOT be looked into because it's not OUR job to ensure those are done. We just need assurance, if it's not properly answered, how would this be assured?
Please be aware that the thread is started by the representative from the developer's end, so this is actually a medium of communication as well - so if I have been ignored multiple times here, what does it show?
