I visited the treez bukit jalil, is "wow" feel, worth the launched price and final product, the developer really putting in great efforts and can feel their passion, hope Zalam can do the same, giv some confidence to me, chulk gor, can boh?

the camera height is approx 80m off the ground, so my guesstimate is it's about 22 storeys high

I think 0.26 still reasonable after VP to uphold and maintain this condo with so many facilities. The maintenance fee always the headache of JMB after handover by developer, commonly hits deficit in budget and come to the decision to increase, is a pain during AGM to get most owners to agree...and to hire a good security firm with proper guards permit from Nepal, you need to spend more money now!

My RHB LO expired d on 16 Dec, need to resubmit and subjected to approval again, really sien zo...no mood d...wait till final stage then LO expired....sigh...zalam zalam...

The way of the "agent" or developer to appreciate their buyers and customer management/service is very poor, yes, I agreed that they are very details but maybe only at the scale model or brochures or video? but they have forgotten the ppl who have waited patiently since months ago and being updated with empty promise info, customer satisfaction/service are also important nowaday, come on la, should be more professional mar...later need to handle and manage big condo at hilltop...shud giv some proper updates ma, go brief the panel bank don't chase and force me to sign LO, a memo also I belum Nampak now...

Just dont delay your loan application just because of unconfirmed info from Zalam. You gonna be headache if CT officially launch and can sign S&P anytime, yet your Loan stil pending pending pending n pending for weeks, and Bank negara may just stop the rebates thingy anytime officially.

My RHB LO was issued and expired on 16 Dec 2013, I still have MBB and PBB LO as backup but is going to expire soon...see when the lawyer will call me now...

I never sign LO before review SPA since ages ago, unless this is the new rule which i am not aware, wakakaka........once you sign LO then you review the SPA then not happy and want to cancel, then you gonna pay penalty to the LO bank with certain percentage of your loan amount...fuyoh....

Yeap, RHB is applying 1% penalty cancellation charge after signed LO. Same apply to PBB. RHB LO only last for 1 month, after that need to resubmit and subject to approval again. PBB tak ade this practice.

haha, I have the issue where HL bank stopped sending me loan statement for a year due to change of new correspondence address, HL CRM claimed that their system is not centralized, and I need to walk into home branch to fill up form to change address, I did it for 5 times and still the same with no loan statement sent to my new address till todate. Case number 2 is, I have canceled my HL credit card since 3 years ago and now I am still receiving credit card statement sending to my old house address with 0.00 charges, hahahaha....complaint so many times till HL CRM manager told me will settle in 1 week, now already 3 years....the HL CRM manager also resigned d... tongue.gif
