Their workmanship for Alam Puri and 1 Sentul is acceptable and in fact i can said slight above expectation after I viewed other completed project.

In fact, the main thing is they listen to owner complaints and I can said, their rectification of defect after hand over is satisfactory.

Friendly speaking... I m little bit regret to sell One Sentul..hahaha...

MEX? Doubt. In fact can use the road from Mines and then Besraya highway then to Smart Tunnel.....can reach within 30 mins.

You can get a 4000sqft land with single storey bungalow house for RM350K at Mahkota Hill (or they call Semenyih south).

I bought two pieces of land there many years ago and now waiting the land price to further appreciate again before decide to sell rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Cannot be gua.... No offend, if majority of the residents in CT is Chinese then I dont see a major issue to have a small dog/cat as long as we are a responsible owners.

No way for me to buy property is Semenyih again as long as i m still working in KL downtown.

My first property is in Bandar Tasik Kesuma (developer Nam Fatt and now the piece of lands were sold to many small developers and new DSL is asking for RM500K, I think) and use it as weekend house. Even without jam, if I travel from Setapak to Semenyih, using MRRS via Grand Saga then Kajang bypass then Jalan Semenyih, total distance is 40km took me 45 mins.

Even with Lekas, I dont see any diff except we can skip some traffic light.

Totally agreed. I saw some irresponsible pet owners juz let their dog to bark non stop in some condo and end up management has to enforce the house rules.

3) Pet barking. Im ok...even babe is crying..maybe..some ppl like want very quiet.
