when you guys say rice with chicken, how is the chicken cooked?..

i have access to fried or curry.. which one is better?.. i usually take the breast as i like them best n heard they are less fatty.. no skin..

ofcourse la not kfc.. just fried chicken.. usually wont eat the skin.. but sometimes they are so tempting.. just need to descipline myself more sweat.gif

i think it should be common sense right that nasi lemak is fatty.. i mean look at the name.. nasi lemak
