Breakfast [9.30AM]

1 Eggs
1 cup of milo with 4 scoup of cereal
1 slices bread

Lunch 1pm

Mixed rice =)

Tea time 3.30pm

1 apple or 1 cup of fruit juice


Dinner 6.30pm
Mixed Rice

for rice, a portion only as high in carbohydrate=)
