Getting fat... and heavier from year to year.
my meal plan
Breakfast
3in1 nescafe plus 8 tbs of oat
Lunch
-economic rice ( Chinese)
- Chicken rice
- Malay food
- fish and chips (KLCC)
Diner
Nasi lemak
Chinese food
Pan mee
as i'm working and dun have fix hours to go home, i din exercise during weekdays, only sometime weekend play badminton with fren.
