Meal 1: 4 eggs, granola oats in fresh milk
Meal 2: 2 chicken breast, carbs either peanut butter bread or oats again
Meal 3: Dinner. rice, meat/fish, egg, rice etc
Meal 4: Postworkout: Gainer Shake/Cheat Meal
Meal 5: Tuna+oats with milk again/tandoori,roti telur,half boiled eggs
Meal 6: Syntha6! Oats sometimes.

What u guys think? Been bbing for 2 years now.

Mamak roti telur haha. thts when im out late night, there's ntg else to eat thus the tandoori and roti telur la and half boiled eggs lol

think i have to increase my food tho, more calories..

My daily food intake as a 85kgs 180cm 21 yo.

Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 5 tablespoons quaker oats, multivits, fishoil.
Meal 2: Chicken Lice ( Kai hung + kai + char siew ), less sauce.
Meal 3: Medium-well beef (pepper+salt seasoning) cooked at home. served with potatoes
Meal 4: PostWorkout Nitrotech shake 2 scoops
Meal 5: 1 hour later. whatever dinner is cooked at home. Chicken/fish, veg, egg etc
Meal 6: Tandoori Breast, Cheese Naan
Meal 7: ON Serious Mass 1 scoops OR 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 pieces of bread + a cup of MILK.
