Getting Started

Somebody pls judge my diet plan:
Morning - Milk (Around 300 ML) + 5 full tablespoon oats + A LOT Coco crunch (or corn flakes, alternating) Lunch - Rice/Mee/Meehoon + 1 or 2 plates of vege + egg Dinner - Milk/Yogurt/Yogurt drinks + Muffin/Cookies/Fruits
Workout/Exercise - No workout as I'm quite lazy and recently keep raining Izzit possible for me to lose 5 kg within 1 month? Damn I'm doubtful... :-S

Well... I also know to lose weight effectively exercise is the way. My only hobby is swimming but recently keep raining so I dont really feel like doing it. Anyway, I'll heed your advice and try to exercise more. Exercising rulez, I know. Thanks..  p/s: some vegeterian food includes eggs, some dont. It's jz the ways people perceive things.  I'm not taking vegeterian food for religious purpose, so I dont mind
