I eat rice with chicken or meat dishes (like tomyam, blackpepper, nasi lemak etc) for lunch and dinner everyday..is it bad or good for my diet if i want to start build my body?

If not, how can i change to the proper diet? icon_question.gif

is taking whey with milk during non exercise day will make ur tummy grow?

i stop taking whey coz i feel my tummy grow bigger lately while im so busy with my works
