hi guys..im 75.6kg,184cm and 24 yr..aim it bulk with lean muscle...
target is 85kg in 5 months-3.5 more moths to go..So ma diet is :
Bfast:30g oats n milk,2 boiled eggs wit bread and peant butter(make bread ,egg sandwich)
Midmorn:2nestle fruit yoghurt
Lunch:Pasta witt grilled chicken or rice minced meat..fruit yoghurt,water
Preworkout:30g oats wit milk,2 bananas,
Postworkout:MAss gainer(horleys awesome mass)*(http://www.horleys.co.nz/ViewProduct.aspx?id=13)
Dinner:Rice,chicken
***Im still confused as to whether i should mix my mass gainer with milk or water.(if milk-wht type:full cream or loow fat,skimmed)..im also wondring how many times should i take..is before bed necessary as well?
i plan to change to whey mid oct after i gain some more mass from the mass gainer
