comment my diet to reduce fat plz..

11 am breakfast (cardio b4 that)
1 slice wholemeal bread + can of tuna/ omelette

1pm
yogurt/ or breakfast leftover/ or nuts

3pm
chicken + wholemeal bread/basmati rice + vege (pre workout)

5pm
1 scoop whey + 250ml semi skimmed milk

7pm
1 and a half scoop of whey

8pm (if hungry)
chicken kebab or peanuts

i tried to minimised my carbs and get my body to get used to use my fat as its energy source. please comment..

8pm (if hungry)
chicken kebab with salads (no bread) or peanuts
