I start clean eating two months ago and did a lot of cardio (jogging and body combat). And I became thinner. Results are obvious. Then I decided while I am now thinner, I am not toned. So I started going to gyms two weeks ago and start taking protein powder. This is my diet. Please comment if its suitable for me.
Morning:
Overnight oats - 5 big table spoon of oat, 1 big table spoon of plain yoghurt, chia seeds, 1 scoop of protein powder and fruit of my choice.
BCAA Lemon infused water
Noon:
Salads with chicken breast. (sometimes will swap with tuna in water if I'm sicked of chicken breast)
Pre Workout:
1 banana
Night (After workout or cardio):
Soup with chicken breast and 2 eggs.
Protein shake
