great thread just joined a gym and i'm thinking of changing my eating habits to adapt. breakfast - sandwich/noodles/thosai .. & tea (varies) lunch - rice, meat veggies preworkout - milk,oats postworkout/dinner - rice, meat veggies,milk, fruits supper - ... any ideas?
