Hi jamis. I am using carbohydrate from maize starch (primaforce carb slam) to add to whey after workout. Is it same if i switch to glucose polymer ? I am running out of carb so i'm looking for anything that might be cheaper.

Just adding my 1cent worth, read that extra virgin olive oil is healthiest but if u wanna grill/fry then better use refined olive cos there are less particles suspended in the oil so it won't smoke easily.

Oso read that grapeseed oil has 1 of the highest smoking temperatures & very healthy too.

U sound quite solid at that weight. Stil want to gain more mass ? I'm having abt 42cal / kg bodyweight (same as u) last time & ballooned up real fast but i guess your diet is cleaner ie. less carbs. U'll grow bigger orite icon_rolleyes.gif

I have some omega pills that i wanna take but dare not put in office fridge, sure gone.

Mornings i'm taking flaxseed. That leaves me after work to pop them.

Is it ok to take them postworkout ? How about with my b4 sleep supper + protein ? Will it cause any problems ?
