But 1 gallon of milk is a lot. A lot of calories. And how do you carry 1 gallon of milk anyway? You tried it before?

You don't need casein as prewo. In fact. It won't be digested on time after your workout. What's mancis size. You sure it can provide 30g? 30g from

I started my gomad diet last week. Wtf I didn't know I was lactose intolerant. I used to be able to drink milk without any problem. After drinking 4 cartons of milk I'll be shitting non stop. At first I thought it was food poisoning but it carried on for the whole week. And I bought so much milk. Fml didn't know it can develop over time.
