morning : milk + cerealbar/sandwich
lunch : varies, normally kopitiam stuff(chicken rice etc.)
dinner : a bowl of rice with several dishes.
So my questions are
1. how much more food do i need to eat in order to obtain substantial mass?
2. Do i need any other products to go with it?
3. Should i hit the gym or only do that after i gain mass?
Thanks in advance for your advices. I did google and apparently this brand isnt popular
