morning i eat char siew bow/ bihun/ or mee or lo ma kai( chinese sticky rice) before school.
10am i eat rice with friend chicken or something.
1.30pm i eat 2 plates of rice with chicken, egg, vege, fish etc in school.
4pm i eat anything in my freezer.
7pm i eat dinner with my family.
10pm i would cook up a supper.
i am 177cm and 50kg.
i cant grow fat!
Im trying to build my muscle, so far have arm muscle and 6 packs, BUT NO CHEST MUSCLE Cause im skinny!
Shall we have a diet/workout post?, To Help Each Other.
