speaking of high fat, moderate protein and low carb diet,
does the oily mamak food considered as healthy fat ? is it ok to eat the lard safely ? |

Is it okay to eat KFC chicken breast (spicey) as one of the source of protein? Sometimes after workout, usually once or twice a week, I do buy KFC snake plate or nuggets, but I worry about the fat contained inside
