Hmm,Im still kindda confused on how to plan my diet.. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Here are my current diet :-

(8am) Breakfast :-

- Oatmeal or Cereal(Banana Nut Crunch) with Low Fat Milk
- Orange Juice
- 1 Glass of Water

(11am) Snack A :-

- Whey Protein Shake
- 2 Wholemeal Bread(No Spread)
- 2 Glasses of Water

(2pm) Lunch :-

- 1/2 White Rice
- 2 Curry Chicken(Breast) with Curry
- Salad and Carrot(Cooked)

(5pm)(After Workout) Snack B :-

- Whey Protein Shake
- 2 Wholemeal Bread(No Spread)
- 2 Glasses of Water

(8pm) Dinner :-

- 1 Whole Apple
- 2 Glasses of Water

Is there anything wrong with my diet??

Hi sifu. I really need advice on my diet plan. As per below :

30min before breakfast
- 1x Grenade Thermo Detonator Fat Burner
- 4 glasses of water

Breakfast (8am)
- 10 teaspoon of oats
- 250ml of Low Fat Milk
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 white eggs + 1 whole egg

Pre-Lunch (11am)
- 2 boiled sausages
- 1 slice of cheese
- 4 glasses of water

Lunch (2pm)
- A portion of rice
- Chicken breast/beef
- 1 white eggs + 1 whole egg
- Vegetables

Pre-workout (5pm)
- Half can of tuna with olive oil
- 2 slices of bread

30 min before hitting the gym
- 1x Grenade Thermo Detonator Fat Burner
- 4 glasses of water

Gym (6pm)
- 30min of treadmill
- 30min of bicycle
- 6 sets of bench press
- 6 sets sit up

Dinner (8pm)
- 2 slices of bread
- Chicken breast/Boneless fish
- Vegetables

Supper (11pm)
- Yogurt before getting to bed

I seriously have no idea the above diet plan is gonna work or not. My plan is to lose weight since im considered obesity? (Height : 180cm, Weight : 96kg) So I really do need sifu that have those experience in diet planning. Really appreciate any help/suggestion. notworthy.gif
