I flex.gif agree
I'm looking for a tips right now.

I can jog 30 minutes a day.
But dunno what to eat and what not to eat.

Try eating less..a little rice only twice a day (only a cup of rice)

But still difficult to get a six pack.

Using the exercise balls to do sit ups for belly and mid section.
Have no problems.

But it seems that it's SO DAMN HARD to crunch those saturated fat.
Liposuction anybody?

hm....those fats eh?
yea i have trouble with them too. Around the obliques. They're pretty solid, and determined not to come off, so all I can do is workout even harder to make sure even the fats are hard.
Or maybe they're just burning off and buildin muscles? I donno...but it still looks like fat. I started swimmin again, so I hope that maybe with the help of swimming, it'll burn off soon.

Once I used the dumbell and like kind of bend to the left and to the right laugh.gif
Can feel the left and right side like being crunch.
But that's it...nothing more.

Experts say that only kardiovaskular can get rid of it.
