hey guys...i got a doubt here...
every morning i take heavy breakfast..
i take 10 tablespoon of quaker oat,
2 eggs and 2 banana...
izzit too much for breakfast?
should i reduce it?
i took 5 to 6 meals per days...

why don't you take the oat with more protein ? put in some peanut butter and whey protein. 2 eggs just 12.6g protein. Take at least 2xbodyweight in kg per day if you bodybuilding.
split your meal into 5-7 meals per day. Eat complex carb + protein + good fat. before workout, need to eat some low/medium GI carb with protein and after workout must eat simple carb + simple protein (glucose + whey). Good luck

peanut butter i leave it to my small meals...
my small meals mostly is...2 whole grain bread with peanut butter..
considering buying whey protein ...lol

yea in planning..
plan to buy scivation whey...
actually how do u all count the protein from food u eaten daily?
coz example..i eat at outside eco rice...
jus estimate the protein of food?
