Just started to read forums to gain more information in Bodybuilding. Great posts from 4rings & Others rclxms.gif. Im planning to gain lean muscles and shred my fats. Just realize the importance of Diet after reading the threads. Please comment on my diet plan. Thanks in Advance notworthy.gif .


Workout Day

7.00 a.m. : 4 eggs (scramble) + Quaker Oatmeal (20g)
10.00 a.m. : Mince Tuna Fish (Fresh) + 1 Slice (Gardenia Wholegrain Bread) + 1 Capsule Fish oil
1.00 p.m. : Grill Chicken Breast + 1 Table Spoon (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) + Small Serving (Brown Rice) + 1 egg.
4.00 p.m : Whey Protein (1 Scoop) + Plain Water
7.30 p.m : Whey Protein (1 Scoop) + Milk (250ml) )+ 1 Banana
8.30 p.m : Grill Chicken, Fish, Beef, + 1 Table Spoon (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) + / Other Green Vege.

Non-Workout

7.00 a.m. : 4 eggs (scramble) + Quaker Oatmeal (20g)

3.30 p.m.: Smoked Chicken (2 Slice) + Bread (1 Slice) + 1 egg
6.00 p.m : Whey Protein (1 Scoop) + Plain Water + 1 Banana
8.30 p.m : Grill Chicken, Fish, Beef, + 1 Table Spoon (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) + Broccoli/ Other Green Vege.

Frankly, im not sure about the difference. I need to get breads that provide lower carb since what im buying now already gave me 20.8g (2 slice). Yet im taking 3 slices a day. hmm.gif

2) Haha....I used to buy the smoked chicken slices in Jaya Jusco (Wangsa Maju). There is a stall where they sell sausage, ham, smoked chicken slices and etc. As for chicken grilling, the way i grill really sucks. I'll just marinate it with a little salt and 1 table spoon of olive oil, then start grilling it the grill pan. The food sucks but i just want the protein and not the taste.Lol.

Didn't know about that. Would it be better if i grill the chicken breast and once its ready, i pour 1 table spoon of olive oil? blush.gif In this case, i wont overheat it.

my friend gave me a cell-tech hardcore creatine (muscle-tech). When should i consume it?Should i replace my post shake (7.30 p.m) to creatine or ? icon_question.gif

1.00 p.m. : Grill Chicken Breast (1 ½ Slice) + 1 Table Spoon (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) + Small Serving (Brown Rice) + 1 egg.
4.00 p.m : Whey Protein (1 Scoop) + Plain Water
7.30 p.m : Whey Protein (1 Scoop) + Milk (250ml) )+ 1 Banana
8.30 p.m : Grill Chicken, Fish, Beef, + 1 Table Spoon (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) + / Other Green Vege.
