I'm 70kg with 18% body fat. But that 18% seems like 30% zzz

really need some diet plans!

hi guys, i would like to do cutting though. can any1 advise me on how should my diet be like?

I've got fats and want to really cut away that fats~_~

i've seen here saying that need to reduce calorie intake right? if so, will it inhibit the growth of muscle? I've been doing cardio and weight-lifting.

Is this good?

Morning= Protein Shake

Lunch = Rice + Vege + Meat

Dinner = Protein Shake
