i just started taking bodybuilding seriously..need some advice on my diet..im gonna buy whey protein soon too.. -how many meals should i take per day? -im trying to get chicken at my college area but all is curry,fried etc kinda chicken..it it advisable or should i go for roasted chicken always(almost not available unless i go for chicken rice)? -i dont take breakfast or anything before or after i workout..should i? -how many protien shakes should i take in a day? what are the best kinda foods which are easily available that i should consume? -wht type of eggs to eat?fried?boiled? -and should i eat more rice or cut down on it? thx for the help! I also just started body building..pls comment on my diet..thx
Breakfast(weekdays) -1 Banana -1 Boiled Egg -Oatmeal biscuits -canned tuna
Pre Lunch/After Workout -100% whey Protein Shake
Lunch -Anything that is available eg mee,rice,curry rice
Dinner -Rice -Chicken/Fish -Vegetables/Potatoes -Fruit
Supper -Sphagetti,club sandwich,economy rice
i know my breakfast is messed up but have to rush to college..so hard to eat proper breakfast..weekends i can eat proper breakfast though
