HI,

Breakfast :
1. 2 set sandwich
- 4 Slices Gardenia breakthrough bread
- Tuna Flake
- 2 Boil eggs
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Onion
- Black Pepper
- Mayonies
2. Drink
- H20 or Milo or Milk or Orange juice + Milk or Yougurt Drink

Tea Time
1. Milo with cereal

Lunch
1. Mee Hoon Tom Yam or Mee hoon Soup
2. Warm Lemon Tea

Sometimes skip lunch

Tea Time
1. Milo with Cereal

Dinner
1. Salad
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Red Apple
OR
Vegetable Soup
- Flower cabbage
- Carrot
- 2 eggs
- Potatoes

2. Milk or Orange + Milk juice or Yougurt Drink or Milo

My weight 85 Kg, before I started my diet my weight was 90 KG so I loss 5 KGs after 2 months. I went to gym 2-3 times a week for 2 hours.
My Workout :
1. Kardio excercise - 1 hour
2. weight based machine - 1 hour

I want to achieve 65 Kg with fit shape becoz my height 167 cm.

Please comments and I am newbie.

yeah I agreed with dokidoki, we should separate for those who want to lose weight and who want to gain weight so we don't get confused. wacko.gif
