this my daily diet, please comment.

Breakfast : lettuce (green coral i like the best), Tuna mayonaise half can, 2-3 fried scrambled egg. Cheesedale. Plain water

2nd breakfast : cheesedale and 1-2 tablespoon peanuts.

Lunch : Lots of vege (spinach, kacang hijau, kacang buncis, cabbage) with chicken/meat/fish/egg. Plain water.

Tea : cheese and HL milk 30 minutes before exercise. My exercise is simple. 20-30 minutes jogging or just 15 minutes pushup, crunch, leg raise and 10kg dumbell training if feel like it smile.gif

Dinner : cheese, egg/chicken/meat/fish. Sometime lettuce/cabbage/spinach. I dont like to eat vege at night. Cause mostly restaurant vege stale. By the way i don't know much about cooking.

I am doing a low carb high protein diet. Any advice or want to add some food inside. I dont know what to eat.

@ kurtkob78,

i dont think u should take tuna mayo. take tuna in spring water or brine instead. the nutritional value for the tuna mayo is really shitty, less protein and more carbs n fat. other than that, your diet seems all right to me in my opinion. it's okay if u don't wanna become hyuuuugeeEE biggrin.gif

btw, since i've changed my diet to a bodybuilder's diet (5-6 protein meals a day) and increased my meal portions quite drastically, i've grown a significant belly biggrin.gif it's not flab, its a hard tummy. is this temporal and will it go away once i start cutting? cause i notice some pro bodybuilders have a gut when they pose on stage. have to suck in a bit.

Same here. Haha. Importantly, we also notice growth on our muscles. The hard tummy can be killed another time. tongue.gif

If you increased your carbs, it is definitely flabs. Pro bodybuilders' protruding abs is caused by steroid usage.
If you don't use steroid then it is confirmed flabs, not hard tummy tongue.gif

i see from the can of tuna mayo the carb content only small amount. Then I only eat half can. I dont mind about the fat though :-) need the energy from the fat. Got any suggestion what to eat for breakfast ? Thanks for the advice.

I got a question though.

Say we bulk up. And then, when we're satisfied with the size we got, we decided to cut the quantity of each meal by half.

So, that would mean I'm toning and not bulking anymore now correct? I won't be losing my muscles provided I keep working out correct?

umm.. your diet seems fine actually. more than ideal smile.gif maybe if u're still hungry during breakfast eat some carbs (oats, bread, cereal etc) cause it's one of the best times to eat carbs. that and before/after your workout. your body's glycogen storage is depleted in the morning, kinda like how i feel right now ohmy.gif

i think the key thing here is that you eat protein meals often enough. as 4rings stated it should be at least 4 protein meals a day. not enough protein = muscle catabolism. thats my opinion.

During my teenage years of around the age of 13-15, i was very very fat, my weight was about 80 plus kgs back then. I realised what I should to have a better look, I then hit the gym but only light weightlifting and do jogging every morning. I lost weight until 70kgs when I reached the age of 18.

However, the problem now is I'm not doing what I used to do. So I got fat again, now at 82kgs. Will I be able to lose weight again? OR its not gonna be succesfull? Im worried this gonna stay with me forever...cos I heard from people, once you get fat after slimming down...the chances are very slim, I dunno how true is this, but I somehow beleived it..
Anyone help me on this issue?

Thanks for the feedback smile.gif

You can lose the weight again if you workout and eat right. If you fall off the bandwagon, expect to get fat again.

500-550 calories? it depends on your protein/fat portions, not your calories. how much protein/fat do u eat per meal, and how many meals a day?

u want to bulk, u eat protein before a workout and within 30 minutes after workout. eat some carb for your energy. Don't eat too much carb.

hi all..this will be my 1st post in this forum..i need you all to comment about my diet plan..here a little bit about myself..

i think i am an endomorph sad.gif . currently my weight is around 100kg..height around 173 cm..and my goal to reduce my body fat % and have muscle..(i have around 30% BF...lol)

my diet plan

breakfast - oat and multivitamin
lunch - small portion of rice, fish@chicken (usually fish..ikan bakar)
tea - biskut a bit(sometimes dont have)
dinner - bihun@small portion of rice with ayam

and usually i dont have any preworkout, but for my postworkout i'll have 1 scoop whey+HL milk.

is my diet plan ok for me?..its really hard to find a healthy food..

and is that possible that i lose my body fat and at the same time gain muscle?...i've done some researching at internet and i'm confuse rite now.. wacko.gif

the only supplement that i took rite now is whey protein for post workout, multivitamin every morning, and hydroxycut (a normal one not hardcore)

and when i am at gym (usually around 830pm - 1030pm, 2 times a week, and 1 day for futsal), i do weight training first, after that some cardio around 25minutes. untill now i still looking for suitable training for me..try and error...

can you guys comment about my diet plan?...and if i want to reduce BF and some weight, can i just drink whey protein during per lunch and tea and perhaps before bedtime?... and if you all have any ideas on my training, i really appreciate it..i really want to reduce fat and some weight and life a healthy lifestyle...

thanks... icon_rolleyes.gif
