Unless your metabolism very high it's ok with fruits (but not high protein one like durian), most just have simple carbs, absorbs easily best if taken on empty stomach, before any main meal, unlike our traditional way of taking fruits after heavy meal

i think even if u eat lots of apples and oranges still won't get fat. can't imagine anyone getting fat from eating too much fruits. unless its durian etc.

"154g or 1 cup of watermelon only has abt 46 calories, and mainly comprises of water and some simple carbohydrates (12g, in which 10g is fruit sugar)" source: http://www.peertrainer.com/DFcaloriecounterB.aspx?id=2253that is very little carbs for a lot of watermelon. in other words, you shouldn't worry too much bout it. i don't know why u take watermelons post workout though. most ppl take fruits as snacks in between meals to lose weight.

It is the total carbs that counts. It doesn't matter where the carbs come from. Sugar is sugar. If an individual has problem with carbs, he/ she should limit fruits intake as well. I have seen many fat ladies eat fruits for lunch or snack. But they are still as fat as ever. It was the water that make your perut buncit. This post has been edited by 4Rings: Jul 18 2008, 06:07 AM

Sometime ago we had a discussion about hi fat hi protein diet and someone was suggesting a diet consisting of ham, bacon and sausage. Please be aware that cured meats contain nitrites as preservatives to help inhibits growth of dangerous bacteria. Nitrites have the potential of being converted to cancer causing nitrosamines in the body. Choose to eat only fresh and whole food at all times. Good luck. Just stick to compound exercises, train 3-4 times a week and eat 5 protein and fat rich diet daily. This post has been edited by 4Rings: Jul 18 2008, 06:38 PM

you can join a gym and do weight training. Remember to eat enough protein to build your muscle.
