Dunno la. I thought everything once read and applied would get me good gains but it was only when i started going instinctual, my gains exploded. Instead of drinking whey and milk prebedtime, it's chicken and brown rice or egg whites and 2-3 yolks. Weird right?

Is it ok to eat 3 meal instead of 5?
I just can't stand being so full if i eat 5 times a day.

Sure if you just want to look like a normal person. And 5 meals mean small meals. Not chunks of whale meat.

This is my daily food intake. Do have a look and give some comments.

Breakfast :

A slice of Bread spread with peanut butter and jam
2x half boiled eggs
1x glass of low fat milk

Snack 1 :

1x Oat crunch

Lunch :

normal rice with chicken and vege

Snack 2 :

1x Oat crunch
1 glass of low fat milk

Dinner :

Eat whatever it is at home ( always have meat and vege )

Pre - Workout :

1x glass of low fat milk

Post - Workout :

1x Whey Protein
Egg Salad  (3x eggs)  <- Just boil 3 eggs and mash it with tomato and mayo,
1x glass of low fat milk

Sleep ^^

Base on my daily diet, I consume 4 glasses of milk per day. Should not be a problem right?

Depending on your goals, bulking 2 tablespoons of glucolin + 2 scoops of whey protein powder with water post workout, wait 1 - 1.5 hours then eat your dinner. Stay away from the damn mayo. Lol. And I would add in more protein for breakfast.

Thanks for the reply.

My goal is slightly bulking. Am doing stronglifts 5x5 btw.
Water is drank throughout whole day. Thats why I don't post it. hehe.
But I usually train after my dinner. I'll eat first then an hour later only head to the gym.
I usually put a half a teaspoon of mayo only so that my salad would taste nice. Is that amount really a killer ??

I hate mayo. But I guess it's ok. You need at least 1.5 hours of digestion after a solid
meal.

I normally go 1 hour my breakfast. Breakfast = Eggs + (Oats OR Wholegrain bread + peanut butter) and one glass of milk. One hour sufficient?

Minimum 1.5 hours. You do not want your body to focus on 2 things at once; intensive workout and digestion. Bad combo.

Boss. The mayo tuna. If you're going on a keto diet I understand. And even if you were on a keto diet, there are other things more nutrient dense than mayo tuna. But since you aren't, which I can see from the carbs and all, scrap the damn mayo tuna, please.

Eggs? Chicken? Beef? Etc?

Myoplex. I don't usually go for MRP's but it's a necessity in my line of work. Sometimes not even enough time to munch down a can of tuna.

I just found out that my fat exceeds 0.5 per pound limit, like 2-3times more.. Its the olive oil and egg yolk. They are the main source of calories. Im trying to do a 3000 calories diet..

btw i always get hungry when i wake up, so i wonder if i should eat slow digesting stuff like oats or cheese, or is there other alternative?

I'm currently 50kg, my aim is to bulk up till like 65kg.

thanks!

If you're not hungry upon waking up no matter what you eat the night before then something is wrong.

I am a student myself and i need to look after my nutrition intake and at the same time have to live with in my tight student budget. This informations really had helped me alot on what to take and what not to.

Sometimes, it is tempting for me to buy those expensive protein powders especially, when your gym buddies come and tell you this protein powder is better than that etc.  sad.gif  And i still have to stick with my core food intake.  cry.gif

and thanks for the great work, bro. thumbup.gif
