QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Feb 11 2014, 06:05 PM) Asia Pac underperform benchmark honestly Asia Pac I initially bought to increase exposure to Japan to ride on olympic good news. However, it underperformed and now I am waiting for it to be in the green to sell offGlobal Multi Manager is a waste of time, with your capital, better u buy global equity fund(s) and bond fund(s) and u do the "balancing" yourself. |

QUOTE(yklooi @ Feb 11 2014, 09:55 PM) I think you are too heavy on Asia X Jpn because I think you are now about 78% of your Eq part of yr portfolio are in that regions. I made a rough estimates of the 6 Eq funds (exclude the multi mgr, CMF, + 3 bonds) yr EQ is about 53% (6 funds) + 46% ( 5 others ) = ( I think it is a balanced portfolio of 50/50) with yr 53% of yr EQ portfolio...see the attached chart for breakdown.... you only have about 3.4% in Developed Countries.....where do you think the finance, medical, technologies, branding and global players and etc come from? just be caution...I may be wrong again....just best that you do yr own analysis.... Thanks for your detailed analysis. End up if I RSP all every month that is a lot of money d |
