geeee, if your risk appetite allows go more into Equities funds...just a note,.....balanced funds also has equities in part.
fyi, 3 of my Balanced funds HSIncF, HSBF and Kidsave also kena hammer since May till now.....slowing climbing back up....
in the month of May, QE talks begins.....now seems quiet,...therefore my balanced funds are slowly moving up....(still - though)
on the flip side,...luckily balanced funds, if fully FI...I think kena hammer more teruk

or maybe like you had questioned the possibility of going into CMF for the time being.. good idea though,...but when do you want to move? and for how long?.....(then it will means "timing the Market"...which we can't right?)
CMF is now giving about 2.9%, Bank Rakyat FD about 3.6%, your bond fund? if 5%...wanna take the risk of losing maybe 5% when taper comes for the extra 2%?...just a thought.
