5.3M enblock is not expensive for 4 storey shop. 27*74 approx 2000 sqf My estimated breakdown. G floor - 1200psf = 2.4M 1st floor - 600psf = 1.2M 2nd floor - 500psf = 1.0M 3rd floor - 400psf = 0.8M ---------------------- 5.4M ------------------------- Very attractive price. Retail at 1900psf also attractive. too bad. my piggy bank empty already..
