I bet for small unit, it is > RM800psf , with some freebies.
big unit could be RM700-750psf..
BK is very hot now , with the 2 proposed malls nearby.
old apartment/ condo like greenfield and green avenue is transacted > RM400psf lor...

If With 2 malls....definitely create more job opportunity in bkt jalil. However, Malton etc has yet to announce its plans. Hohup's SOVO looks attractive now.

Link 2 will not be cheap. So, let wait and see.

the link 2 shoplot/office should be BBB, current the link 1 almost 95% occupied, exclude those hidden lot.
I believe there is demand and it may boost up sales for service apartment

I doubt it berjaya wil selling at this price. Maybe another thread like petalz that time. when launch wil up to 650-750psf.
But if its true, then a great buy (the psf).

Need to figure out the total number of 4 and 6 storey shop offices.

How good if Berjaya buy the ex-Ho Hup land behind The Link 1 which was previously sold to Prasarana and but didnt get the option to buy it back by Ho Hup.

It would be the best to link with The Link 1.

he meant the old apartment called green avenue and greenfield currently valued at 500psf... hmm.gif ...the psf is quite high. I think 400psf would be more realistic
